What to Wear: Closed toed hiking shoes with socks or knee high rubber boots with knee high socks, shorts or light weight long pants. You will enter and exit the boat on the beach so make sure to wear water shoes or rubber boots – barefoot is NOT recommended.
What to Bring: • Sunscreen, sunglasses & hat • Bathing suit & towel • Insect repellent • Sea motion medicine • Bottle of water (can refill at the stations) • Binoculars, camera (with protective plastic bag) and a raincoat / poncho • Flashlight or headlamp • Long sleeved shirt, pants • Toiletries including toothpaste, soap • Lunch snacks (granola bars, nuts, dried fruit)
